Finalize installation
---------------------

Start the fenix services and configure them to start when
the system boots:

   # sudo systemctl enable openstack-fenix-api.service
   # sudo systemctl start openstack-fenix-api.service

   # sudo systemctl enable openstack-fenix-engine.service
   # sudo systemctl start openstack-fenix-engine.service
