This change renames the Libvirt dashboard as Hypervisor and adds several
items to it:
- a new row called 'Host' with panels displaying the system metrics of
the selected compute node (CPU, RAM and disk).
- a new row called 'Virtual Resources' with panels displaying the Nova
metrics such as the number of used/free virtual CPUs, used/free RAM
and used/free disk.
