Because it's always painful to understand which modifications are made on
dashboards and manual modification is error prone and boring.
The patch includes a Python script to automate these operations:
* reformat JSON files by ordering the keys
* remove template variables and enable refresh_on_load
* override the time picker to 'last 1 hour'
* enable sharedCrosshair
* increment version
