* correct plugin configuration file name in "Limitations" section
* mention that ESXi hosts need to be added in NSX Manager as transport

Fuel NSX-T plugin

The plugin allows Fuel deployment engineers install OpenStack that will use VMware NSX Transformers as network backend for Neutron.
