Remove vmware glance backend from tests.

-remove glance backend from dvs_reboot_vcenter_2,
 dvs_reboot_vcenter_1
-update test steps in test plan acording
 to removing vmware glance backend.
-update test steps of dvs_port_security_group
-change version of DVS and OpenStack
 in master test plan
