Add config generation and venv tools
These tools will help developers to create a virtual environment with pre-installed requirements. kingbird.conf generation script will collect the defined properties and create a configuration file. Change-Id: I5d423df88a5ff08346fe9e3c9b08fd9379cf1878

Kingbird development environment setup is complete.

Kingbird development uses virtualenv to track and manage Python

To activate the Nova virtualenv for the extent of your current shell

session you can run:
|

|

$ source %s/bin/activate

|

Or, if you prefer, you can run commands in the virtualenv on a case by case

basis by running:

|

$ %s/tools/with_venv.sh <your command>

Also, make test will automatically use the virtualenv.
