Chuck Short d4b44ee5e3 Better directory organisation 
Move compute tests to their own directory so it
is similar to the current tempest directory structure.

No code changes.

To run tempest specific tests for nova-lxd run the following command:

	tox -e all-plugin -- nova_lxd
