Update requirements to match OpenStack's global requirements
This was done with the update-requirements tool from the requirements repository as described in the docs [1] [1] https://docs.openstack.org/requirements/latest/ Change-Id: I12b1d391315f377299bf9ec7b75926080ab890a8
