Remove double quotes around additional arguments in tests
It seems quoting the variable had an effect around how the arguments and their values were interpreted. With double quotes, passing an extra argument would appear like so: packstack '--nova-libvirt-virt-type=kvm' --allinone [...] and without double quotes: packstack --nova-libvirt-virt-type=kvm --allinone [...] The first interpretation does not work while the second one does.
