Chandan Kumar a03b8ab9c1 Move debug param to aodh::logging class ... https://review.openstack.org/#/c/620415/ moves the debug parameters in aodh::logging class. This is so that we can remove the deprecated logging options in the init classes of aodh modules. https://review.openstack.org/#/c/620539/ already done the same but it was left which is leading to breaking aodh deployment giving no debug parameters.
