amitgandhinz 6f90e793da Switch service urls to use UUID instead of service name ... This change makes services retrievable via serviceid instead of by servicename. This results in a more secure approach to getting services, reducing the attack surface. It also brings resources in line with other openstack services where resources are referenced with a uuid.
