Marek Aufart fc772142cb Rename command tuskar plan-patch to plan-update ...

Tuskar plan-patch was used to change plan. Method
name patch was delivered from HTTP PATCH method.
We shouldn't expect our users to know what the HTTP
verbs mean, but use more common name like update.
