Robert Mizielski 9e198634ad Correct misspelled variable name 
In neutron/services/loadbalancer/drivers/embrane/driver.py,
"persistence" is wrote with an "a", not with an "e".
This patch fix this.

Embrane LBaaS Driver

This DRIVER interfaces OpenStack Neutron with Embrane's heleos platform,
Load Balancing appliances for cloud environments.

L2 connectivity is leveraged by one of the supported existing plugins.
