Maor Blaustein e33d47c604 Migrate ovn router availability zone tests 
Changes from original tests:
- Methods and variables set according to OSP deployer tool in base class.
- Adjust migrated imports and configuration.
- Added OVN backend check instead of configuration check.
- Replaced test UUIDs with unique ones.
- Fixed typos throughout file.
