Add names to include tasks 
Latest ansible-lint is finding this.  It seems reasonable enough to
ensure the task is named; it's always nice to have context about what
is happening as you read the file.

An ansible role to install docker and configure it to use mirrors if available.

Role Variables

URL to override the generated docker hub mirror url based on :zuulensure-docker.mirror_fqdn.
