Monty Taylor 5b57763831 Remove ax_cxx_check_lib and use autoconf-archive 
We don't need this local lib check macro. We can use AX_CHECK_LIBRARY
from autoconf-archive.

zuul-preview

A preview proxy server for zuul.

Building

First you need some dependencies:

python3 -m pip install bindep
apt-get install $(bindep -b compile)

Then you can build the code:

autoreconf -fi
./configure
make
