Remove zuul 2.5 specific files
zuul/executor/ansiblelaunchserver.py has been superseeded by zuul/executor/server.py. zuul_afs was needed in zuul tree for 2.5 but for 3 can just go in a role in zuul-jobs. Change-Id: I7b8efeaa2fef32ca24d639e00a2e48a94634d3b4
