The OpenStack SDK/CLI team made an experimental "release candidate" with 0.99.0, and OpenDev observed missing CORS headers for objects uploaded to RackSpace's Swift service after restarting executors onto container images with this version installed. This is now fixed with the change db84b7559cb50d734842c95fcd8f283c897cc780 in the openstacksdk. Change-Id: Ic01840b8f90e225217c659e6dba7d67632e691d5
