The default ansible version which can be defined in zuul.conf has been ignored because wrong Instanciation of the AnsibleManager. While at it also add a release note for the broken uri module fix. Change-Id: Ia73250b7c9d6d32cdc7a9ac3a89279a1ab4efd71
