James E. Blair 5068fdd5e6 Update react-json-view ...

When showing JSON data in the web app, arrays are currently sorted
as if indexes were strings, not integers.  This is fixed in the
master branch of react-json-view[1] which we assume is in the latest
release.  Update to take advantage of this fix.
