James E. Blair e6e978615f Add AWS Kinesis support 
Gerrit has an event plugin for AWS Kinesis (which looks sort of
like Kafka, but without server side checkpoints.  or ordering.).

Add support to the Gerrit driver for it for sites which would
rather use that than ssh.
