Sirajudeen 43f8dab09a Fix treasuremap deployment issues. 
* Fixes validate_docs for treasuremap
* Align the secret encryption/decryption changes of airshipctl
* Aligning the manifest changes of airshipctl.
* Added HWCC.
* Replaced helm-operator with flux-helm
* Updated node parameters.
