Khai Do 6685326052 Add a JJB quick start guide

This change does the following:
1. add a quick start guide
2. move the info about executing jjb from installation.rst
   to execution.rst and slightly update the verbage.

The intention is to kick off this guide with a few simple use
cases not to have a comprehensive set of use cases.
