Jeremy Stanley 77a65a9e1a Revert "Temporarily disable log uploads to OVH BHS Swift" 
http://travaux.ovh.net/?do=details&id=49850& suggests everything
should be back to normal now.

This reverts commit e6e69e4aac.

base-minimal

These playbooks are used to select a minimal subset of the roles included in the base playbooks.

It will do nothing else than what is explicitely necessary for any job to run properly.
