Tidy up config-gitweb
- Add missing backticks for formatting - Consistently use `-f` instead of `--file` in `git config` - Remove leading `$` from commands to make copy and pasting easier Change-Id: I48aa009371ae8ef636d1ac4731ab870d84d5191a
