documentation: Document cache.diff_intraline

This cache was added in an earlier version of Gerrit, but was not
covered in the documentation.

Each item caches the intraline difference of one file, when compared
between two commits. Gerrit uses this cache to accelerate display of
intraline differences when viewing a file.
