Patrick Hiesel e587c40aaa Rename 'Non-Interactive Users' to 'Service Users' ...

The term 'Service Users' is more in-line with other
products while 'Non-Interactive Users' is a quite
unique and arcane name. Hence, this commit renames
the existing group.

This was discussued in this mailing list thread.
