The goal of this document is to walk you through the concepts and
specifics that should be understood while contributing to OpenStack.
Prior to contributing to an OpenStack project a few steps need to be
completed. This document covers the steps that get you started, such as
creating a few accounts on required websites, signing a contributor
license agreement, uploading an ssh key, and installing git-review.
