Clark Boylan 152eff8cda Revert "reprepro: temporarily ignore undefinedtarget" ...

This reverts commit 74d4215b71.

Merging the depends-on means we won't need to maintain a bullseye
backports repo any longer. We can clean that content out and then stop
ignoring undefinedtargets again.
