So that statsd gauges for removed components are cleaned up, have statsd delete them from its memory (and stop sending values to graphite) after 24 hours of not receiving data for them. Hopefully this is long enough that our less-seldom updated gauges don't disappear, but not so long that we keep writing irrelevant data for deleted components.
