Rob Hirschfeld 95e5e38d0f Update status of 2015.04 guideline to show approved
Not sure how we missed this one while we were doing
the more complex 2015.next -> 2015.04 changes.

This guideline WAS approved by the board and the
status needs to be updated to reflect that.
