Exclude known problematic files from testing. This requires
the just released 0.4 version of openstack-doc-tools.

Add list of files to ignore. This needs a corresponding change
to tox.ini to call the tool with "--exceptions-file=doc-test.exceptions"
and a new release of the openstack-doc-tools project.

The maven plugin comes with its own bookinfo.xml, no need
to hava a separate version here.
Remove copy instructions from pom.xml and remove extra whitespace
and tabs from the file.

Generated files should not be part of the tree, the files
can be easily regenerated by running "mvn generate-sources".
"mvn clean" cleans this directory as well.

The Security Group Rules endpoint was wrong in the docs
(/security_group_rules). All erroneous occurences have been corrected
to the right endpoint (/security-group-rules).
