The Ansible task will check for the presence of /etc/hosts.equiv and /root/.rhosts. Both of those files could potentially be used with rsh for host access.

The rshd daemon is not installed by default with Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 16.04, CentOS 7, or OpenStack-Ansible.
