Alter collect heat templates dir from undercloud

Browse Source 
output_dir defaults to $HOME in tripleoclient,
and the heat templates deployed by installer are located
in output_dir/tripleo-heat-installer-templates.
Use these defaults as expected directory to collect
as CI artifacts.
