Doug Hellmann 4ee4a6895f Add MongoDB engine. ...

This change implements the first storage backend for
ceilometer using MongoDB and makes it the default
(instead of 'log').

- require pymongo and ming for tests
- clean up entry point registration using textwrap
- sketch in a simple data dump tool (tools/show_data.py)
