Joshua Harlow d71b6cf8b4 Revamp repo to match openstack repos

Get the repo in a working state so that it works
with the new and improved openstack CI system.

Installation

At the command line:

$ pip install automaton

Or, if you have virtualenvwrapper installed:

$ mkvirtualenv automaton
$ pip install automaton
