Storyboard is hard to discover, and slow in usage. Since telemetry projects are mostly under maintenance, there are no big stories to be implemented at the moment, which can not be tracked in launchpad. Change-Id: I3ea900c3260009ac96140341ab346ebc8e5d4034

Overview

Ceilometer is a data collection service that collects event and metering

data by monitoring notifications sent from OpenStack services. It publishes

collected data to various targets including data stores and message queues.
