David Ames 8e10a9c8dc Add origin to stable branch checkout procedure

The checkout procedure for a stable branch requires 'origin' in the
path. This change makes it possible to cut and paste the charm-guide
only requiring a change to the bug number and the stable version on the
CLI.

To build the guide, execute the following command:

$ tox

After running tox, the documentation will be available for viewing in HTML format in the doc/build/ directory. View these new documents in your favorite web browser.
