xing-yang 642a1c7014 Add functional tests for groups ...

This patch adds functional tests for groups. It includes the
following tests:

- Create and delete a group
- Create and delete a group snapshot
- Create a group from a group snapshot
- Create a group from a source group
- List and show group and group snapshot

Partial-Implements: blueprint generic-volume-group
