Monty Taylor 9b99e56c67 Remove deprecated cyborg.image.download.modules 
This was deprecated from Queens. Remove it before we clean up the
image download code.

Cyborg provides a general management framework for accelerators such as FPGA, GPU, SoCs, NVMe SSDs, CCIX caches, DPDK/SPDK, pmem and so forth.
