Matt Fischer 8f1c1b1a3b Update all the glance manpages

Finish updating the glance manpages:
  - Update and modernize all files and references
  - Add a new manpage for glance-replicator
  - Move the common configuration options to common files for
    easier maintenance and less redundancy

SYNOPSIS

glance-cache-pruner [options]

DESCRIPTION

Prunes images from the Glance cache when the space exceeds the value set in the image_cache_max_size configuration option. This is meant to be run as a periodic task, perhaps every half-hour.
