Rodrigo Duarte Sousa d81f23a6c3 Add parent_id field to projects
Field to point to a parent project. This enables
the possibility to use hierarchical projects.

OpenStack Keystone

Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
