This patch adds the team's and repository's badges to the README file. The motivation behind this is to communicate the project status and features at first glance. For more information about this effort, please read this email thread: http://lists.openstack.org/pipermail/openstack-dev/2016-October/105562.html To see an example of how this would look like check: https://gist.github.com/cd3ccc24a978287b1c0a529e16f10849 Change-Id: Ibc4cad87c0ec870f75780d07659a092e6d65ea57

Murano
======
Murano Project introduces an application catalog, which allows application
developers and cloud administrators to publish various cloud-ready
applications in a browsable categorised catalog. Cloud users
-- including inexperienced ones -- can then use the catalog to
compose reliable application environments with the push of a button.
