Added/modified following gate checks to the matrix and added
deployment rating by cross validating it with feature support
matrix[1] and tempest tests.
  1.libvirt+kvm (x86 & ppc64)
  2.libvirt+kvm (s390x)
  3.libvirt+virtuozzo CT
  4.libvirt+virtuozzo VM
