Radoslav Gerganov 4404baba47 VMware: Use datastore copy when the image is already in vSphere ...

If glance is using the VMDK driver then the image is already located on
a vSphere datastore and it is much more efficient to fetch it using the
CopyDatastoreFile API instead doing HTTP GET from glance.
