Mehdi Abaakouk fc0e7e6f33 tox: Allow to pass some OS_* variables

New tox version need to list environment variables that are
safe for tests.
This change allows usefull oslotest environment variables:
OS_TEST_TIMEOUT, OS_STDOUT_CAPTURE, OS_STDERR_CAPTURE, OS_LOG_CAPTURE

python-gnocchiclient

Python bindings to the OpenStack Gnocchi API

This is a client for OpenStack gnocchi API. There's a Python API <api> (the gnocchiclient module), and a command-line script <shell> (installed as gnocchi). Each implements the entire OpenStack Gnocchi API.
