Eoghan Glynn 7c8a676b43 Fix shell.do_alarm_get_state to get as opposed to set

Otherwise the CLI fails when attempting to set a state arg that
doesn't exist.

(Simple copy'n'paste error in the original code).

Python bindings to the Ceilometer API

This is a client library for Ceilometer built on the Ceilometer API. It provides a Python API (the ceilometerclient module) and a command-line tool (ceilometer).

Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the OpenStack wiki. The master repository is on GitHub.
