removed listenXXX shortcuts: use reactor.listenXXX+SpawnFactory;
added buffer_class class attribute to SpawnFactory;
twistedutil: converted class names to CamelCase;
moved LineOnlyReceiverBuffer to twistedutil.protocols.basic;
fixed the examples.
