Mark Vanderwiel 410e55234d Add openstack client resource type list and show 
Add the openstack orchestration resource type and show
commands. Included support for the optional generation of
the output in hot or cfn formats.

Based from the existing heat commands:
   heat resource-type-list
   heat resource-type-show
   heat resource-type-template
