Danny Hermes dcd20c9375 Removing SignedJwtAssertionCredentials.

This completes the consolidation of the two service
account credentials implementations.

In the process, also adding test coverage for some untested
code paths within the crypto helpers.

Installation

To install, simply run the following command in your terminal:

$ pip install --upgrade oauth2client
